Superman is Scouse

A dangerous new craze has got Liverpudlians taking to the streets in their cars and pretending to be Superman by hanging out of the window.

Several short videos have surfaced on YouTube of Scousers pretending to Superman whilst the people they travel with hold a conversation with them as if they are the man himself.

Scouse Superman appears to be flying alongside the vehicle whilst chatting to passengers.  After a short conversation, he then appears to fly away.

He’s not Superman when it comes to being smart, it’s dead dangerous – don’t be tempted to try this.

– Cllr Steve Munby via The Liverpool Echo

Local cabinet members, however, have stressed the dangers involved with the stunt and do not recommend attempting to replicate these videos yourself.
